Information you provide

When you submit a service request, A1 Trucking may receive your name, callback number, company or fleet name, truck or unit number, current location, service needed, and the description you enter.

Optional GPS location

The GPS button is optional. Your browser asks for permission before obtaining a location. If you approve it, the form adds latitude, longitude, estimated accuracy, and a map link. A1 Trucking receives that information only when you submit the form. You may enter a highway, exit, mile marker, city, or address instead.

How information is used

A1 Trucking uses submitted information to respond to your request, evaluate the roadside problem, coordinate service, communicate with drivers or dispatchers, and maintain business and service records.

When information may be shared

Information may be shared with technicians, dispatch partners, towing providers, parts or repair providers, website and form-service providers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to respond to the request, operate the business, protect safety, or comply with law.

Your choices

You can request service by phone, enter a location manually, and decline browser GPS permission. Please do not submit financial account details, government identification numbers, medical details, or other sensitive information through the service form.
